Real Property Sales Search

  • Enter your search criteria into the main search bar and select the Search button ().
  • Results will be listed below the search and on the map. Wildcards (*) may be used in the main search bar.
  • Refer to the Sales Search Criteria page for lists of search options for Cities, ZIP Codes, Use Codes, and Neighborhoods (link will open in a new tab).
  • Select Search Options to view additional search field options or to search specific ranges of criteria.
  • Download your search results in a CSV format for later study by selecting the Export button ().
  • Search results are limited to 200 per query. For offline research, the CSV export provides up to 800 results.
  • For extensive property sales research, consider using the Recent Property Sales data available on our Open Data Portal.
