Property Search Instructions.
Enter one of the following criteria a into the search field below:
- Parcel Number - Enter 7 digits for Personal or 14 for Real Property (e.g., 00439171600000) - For State Assessed Utilities Parcel Numbers begin with a letter followed by numbers with a total characters limit of neither 7 or 14
- Property Street Address - Use formats like MAIN, 123 MAIN ST, or 123* for address search.
- Entering less information will generally yield more results.
- Completely spell out the name of the street for specific results; i.e. entering "Mount" will not return "Mountain".
- Conversely, a wildcard (*) may be used in the field to expand results. For example, entering "Mount*" would also return "Mountain".
- Avoid using street types (LN, ST, AVE) and directions (N, S, E, W) to return better results.
